This Privacy Policy explains how Game Night Films LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Prop Screen application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. You can use core features of the Service without creating an account.

Information you choose to provide. Creating an account is optional. If you choose to create one, we collect the information you provide during sign-up, such as your email address. If you contact us for support, we collect the information contained in your message, such as your email address and the contents of your inquiry.

Purchase information. Prop Screen is free to download, and paid features are offered through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes all payments and handles your payment card and billing details in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy. We do not collect or store your full payment card information. We may receive limited transaction information from Apple — such as confirmation of a purchase or subscription status — so that we can provide the features you have paid for.

Information related to the device and app. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software development kits (SDKs) to collect information about you. Apple may collect certain standard information in connection with your download and use of the app through the App Store and its own diagnostics and analytics tools; that collection is governed by Apple's privacy policy, and where it is shared with us it is provided in an aggregated or anonymized form that does not identify you personally.

3. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;

  • Deliver the features and content you have purchased;

  • Respond to your support requests and communicate with you about your account or the Service;

  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse; and

  • Comply with our legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Apple, as necessary to process purchases and deliver the Service through the App Store.

  • With service providers who perform functions on our behalf (for example, hosting or email support), only to the extent necessary for them to perform those functions.

  • For legal reasons, if we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.

  • In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the Service, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account or ask us to delete your information, we will delete or de-identify it unless we are required to retain it by law.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Using the Service without an account. You can use core features without creating an account, which limits the personal information associated with you.

Accessing or deleting your information. If you have created an account or contacted us, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at gamenightfilmssupport@gmail.com.

California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Prop Screen is a professional tool intended for use in film, television, and other production contexts, and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect the limited information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
