Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the iOS apps published by Gamenight Films, including PropScreen ("the App"). We've intentionally designed our apps to keep your data on your device. This policy explains what that means in practice.
TL;DR
Our apps run entirely on your iPhone or iPad.
We do not have a server. We do not have user accounts.
Nothing you create, import, or record inside an app is uploaded anywhere by us.
The only personal data we ever see is your subscription status, which Apple handles on our behalf.
We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Who We Are
These apps are developed and published by Gamenight Films. You can reach us with questions about this policy or your privacy at the contact address at the end of this page.
What the App Accesses on Your Device
Each app may request permission to access certain device features. These are used only for the feature you're using and never leave your device. iOS will ask your permission before granting access.
Camera — used for live preview during Fake FaceTime and to record the green-screen actor pass for VFX compositing in post.
Microphone — used to record audio alongside the camera during Fake FaceTime green-screen mode so an editor can re-sync sound in post.
Photo Library (read) — used to import images, video, and contact photos that you choose to use as wallpapers, posters, or props.
Photo Library (write) — used to save Fake FaceTime green-screen recordings into your Photos so you can pull them into your edit.
Files / Documents — used when you import a video, image, or audio file from iCloud Drive or another file provider.
Local Network — used to sync fake calls, texts, and notifications between two devices that are both running the App on the same Wi-Fi network. This data never leaves your local network and never reaches us.
You can revoke any of these permissions at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
Your name, email address, phone number, or contact list.
Your location.
Your photos, videos, audio recordings, or any media you create or import.
Any analytics about how you use the app.
Device identifiers used for advertising.
Browsing or search history.
Health, financial, or other sensitive information.
There is no account to create. There is no login. There is no cloud sync we operate.
Subscriptions and Purchases
The App offers in-app purchases — including auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime unlock — that are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. When you purchase or renew:
Apple handles the payment. We never see your credit card number, billing address, or Apple ID.
Apple shares an anonymous transaction record with the App so we can confirm that you're entitled to the paid features.
That entitlement check happens on your device by reading the App Store receipt that iOS provides.
If you want to cancel a subscription, manage billing, or request a refund, do that in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Apple's policies govern those transactions; their privacy policy is at .
How We Store Data
All app data — your saved projects, layouts, conversations, recordings, and preferences — lives in the app's local storage on your device. Deleting the App removes all of it. We have no backups of it.
If you've synced your iPhone or iPad to iCloud, Apple may include the App's data in your iCloud backup; that backup is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children. Because we collect no personal data at all, there is nothing to delete if a child uses one of the apps. Parents who want to disable in-app purchases can do so via iOS Screen Time / Family Sharing.
Third Parties
We do not embed any third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or tracking SDKs in our apps. The only third party involved in our apps is Apple, which provides the App Store, in-app purchase infrastructure, and the iOS frameworks the apps run on.
International Users
Because we don't collect personal data and don't operate servers, no personal data is transferred internationally by us. Apple may process your purchase information in countries other than your own; see Apple's privacy policy for details.
Your Rights
Under privacy laws like the GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California), you have the right to know what data is collected about you, to request a copy, and to ask for it to be deleted. Because we don't collect any personal data, the substantive answer to all three is the same: we have nothing about you to share or delete. Changes to This Policy
If we change how an app collects or uses data, we'll update this page and bump the "Effective Date" at the top. Material changes will be announced inside the app on next launch.
